RAXX BEATS STUDIOS LLC respects intellectual property rights and expects users of RankForge to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Filing a Notice

A valid DMCA notice must include all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information sufficient to locate it (URLs work best).
4. Your contact information: full name, address, phone number, email.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including (a) your signature, (b) identification of the removed material and its prior location, (c) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, (d) your contact information and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the Southern District of Florida, and (e) consent to accept service of process from the party that filed the original notice.

Repeat Infringers

We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

Misrepresentation

Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may subject you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
